eTalkup is a very solid product that is constantly evolving. Features are being added and refined on a very regular basis.

The staff at eTalkup are VERY responsive to suggestions and reported problems, whether minor or major in scope.

The staff treat their customers in a very respectful manner, unlike what I have experienced with other companies producing like software.

I would highly recommend that you give eTalkup a test run. If you see features that are missing or that you feel could be changed (or an option included) to be more beneficial to your business if done differently, then by all means let them know. They DO listen to their customers and this could be one way to find out if it is true… it has been for ME!
